Residents must submit a 60-day notice, vacate by the scheduled date, and return the apartment home in clean condition.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days and mailed to the forwarding address on file.

Security deposits range from $750 to $1,500 and are due by move-in via cashier’s check or Jetty bond.

Utilities are not included; water is sub-metered and billed with rent, and residents set up electricity and internet services prior to move-in.

Residents can choose from Spectrum, AT&T, or Google Fiber for high-speed internet service.

Rent payments can be made conveniently online through the resident portal.

Monthly fees include $14 for trash, $5 for pest control, and a $5 gate fee.

Open parking is available at no cost, with select apartment homes offering attached garages.

There are no restrictions on overnight guests at this Round Rock apartment community.

EV charging stations are not available on-site.

Residents can enjoy a variety of community events hosted throughout the year.

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Smoking is permitted only on private balconies and patios.

Maintenance requests can be submitted quickly through the online resident portal.

Non-emergency maintenance requests are typically completed within 24–48 hours, with emergency maintenance available after hours.
